50% Deposit required to confirm booking. Deposit is payable by Money Order or Direct Deposit via Phone/Internet Banking or Credit Card via online booking. Bank details available at time of booking.

Remaining balance is to be paid on arrival by cash or by Direct Deposit no later than 3 days before arrival. Credit card payments will be automatically deducted on day of arrival.

Occupancy: Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.

Cancellations: Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the cottage is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00
